Who we are and what this privacy policy covers
EG3 Digital is an AI automation and design studio based in San Luis Obispo, California. This privacy policy explains what information we collect through eg3digital.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about it can be sent to info@eg3digital.com.
What we collect and why
Information you give us: your name, email, phone, company, website and project details when you fill out the contact or systems-audit form, or your email address when you join the newsletter. If you send us the Operational Fit Assessment at eg3digital.com/assessment, we also receive your role, industry, team size, revenue and budget ranges, timing, the problems and workflows you describe, and a fit score calculated from your answers. We use it to reply to you, prepare quotes, deliver the work you hire us for, and send the newsletter you asked for. We use an assessment to judge whether we can help and to contact you about it by email, and by phone only if you ticked the separate phone permission. Sending one does not sign you up for the newsletter, texts or automated calls. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
Information collected automatically: standard analytics data such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. This is collected through cookies by Wix, the platform this site runs on, and by Google Search Console. We use it to understand how the site is used and to keep it working. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your data lives, and your rights
Form and newsletter data is stored with our website platform (Wix) and, for email campaigns, our email service provider. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Assessment submissions are stored in Wix Forms and Wix contacts. If you send an assessment and no reply or conversation follows within 12 months, we delete the submission and your contact record. You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time by emailing info@eg3digital.com. California residents can make these requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
